Terms of Service

Welcome to Wanaka Knife Making.

By sending us an enquiry, you’re agreeing to keep things friendly, respectful, and legal. Nothing scary—just the usual basics:

- Please don’t use our form for spam, scams, or anything dodgy.

- We’ll do our best to reply to your enquiry in good time, but life (and knife-making) can be unpredictable, so patience is appreciated.

- Once we receive your email we conduct business that way, unless you want to go with another form of communication.

- We reserve the right to update these terms whenever the lawyers or the internet say we have to. We’ll keep it as simple and clear as possible.

That’s it. Pretty straightforward.

Privacy Policy

We know privacy policies can get long and dull, so here’s ours, plain and simple:

- What we collect: Just the details you choose to give us through our enquiry form (like your name, email, and message).

- What we do with it: Use it to reply to you, keep track of enquiries, and generally help you out.

- What we don’t do: Sell it, trade it, rent it, or pass it on to anyone else. That’s not our style.

- How we keep it safe: We store your info securely and treat it with the same care we put into our knife making.

We’re not into spying on you. If we ever use cookies, it’ll only be to make the website work properly. Look, we get it, compliance is a bit out of hand these days. But your trust matters to us, and we’ll always respect your details and keep them safe. If you’ve got questions about your data or want it deleted, just drop us a message through the enquiry form.
